Sir, Kindly refer accounts Number 13485571. We are your customer since 2008. Since 2008 onwards our monthly charges only Rs.750/- till Apr 2010. From the bill May 2010 and Jun 2010 we find that the monthly charges given as under:- (a ) For the month of May shown as Rs.877.97 (b) For the month of Jun shown as Rs.1099/-. You are requested to look into this and kindly clarify under which circumstances the mo nthly charges have been increased without any communication from our end.
