I had Comcast service in Charleston SC. I moved to CT in December 2009. At that time I was due a refund of $118. It is July 2010 and I still have not received my refund. I called customer service department in Charleston SC at 843 554 4100 at least 5 times, spoke to 5 different reps (Angelia, Michelle (ext 2022), Angela (ext 2255), Sarah (ext 2564) and Tony (2389)) They all promised to look into the issue and call me back.
