I hold a corporate bank acount with STD CHTD Bank since jan, 2006. In May, 2006 Rs. 500/- were debited from my account stating an ATM withdrawl on my mini statement. When I called to check on the same, phone banking asked me to fax a letter. I informed them that I cannot fax a letter as I dont have the resources, their manager promised me to send an Executive to collect the letter from me personally.
