This is the question we asked ourselves after finding out that the Travel To Go marketing approach is a scam and a well organized rip-off scheme. Great presentation and great vacation package until you read the fine print in the VIP Membership program they hand over to you AFTER YOU HAVE SIGNED UP. NO OIL ON DIP STICK AFTER OIL CHANGE. Read on... I took my Cadillac DTS 2006 for a “quick” oil change which eventually ended up taking over 3 hours. They sold me a power steering flush and replacement after showing me a dirty sample of fluid on a “special” piece of paper. I paid and was ready to get in and drive away but the floor mat was covered with black foot prints and oil. ASPEN DENTAL is outright fraudulent. Customers and Insurance companies beware of this company. They offered free examine and x-rays to new customers so I thought I would give them a try. They took the x-rays and a dentist examined my teeth. Apparently I had a severe gum disease that required “special treatment and cleaning” so they were unable to clean my teeth without having me come back another day for the “special treatment”.
