I took my personal truck in to get the brakes done, I have nice 20 " chrome rims on my truck with no imperfections on them at the time I dropped my truck off at Pep Boys on Forest Ln in Dallas TX. When I picked my truck up, there seemed to be no problem, but when I got to my destination, one of the center caps from my rims was missing. As I looked at the other center caps, I noticed that one looked like it was stepped on and cracked, and another had a hairline crack in it.
