we boarded Jetstar in Queenstown for a 50 min trip to Christchurch NZ. Before we even got on the flight we were told off. Told off for putting our luggage on the luggage ramp ready for check when we already had our check in completed (we did this ourselves). We were told that we could not just leave our luggage there and expect it to be sorted. We never did -- we just placed it there and waited to be told what to do next.
