I undertook the European Essential Tour with Club 7 Holidays, Kolkata during 21st May to 3rd June 2010. After my return I sent a detailed feedback letter to Mr Benu Basumallick, MD of Club 7, (my letter dated 14th June). I highlighted the positive points about the tour but also pointed out some serious issues on which we were not too happy.
