Struggling to get the washing machine repaired for the last 6 months. Company engineers visit, charge the service charges, changed parts but the machine is not working. Recently Charged about 2000/- after changing the parts but machine is non-functional. When approached, nobody gives a solution, complaints escalation system not known. Probably that is the reason why consumers get the machines repaired through outside engineers. read full review »
