My complaint is against the attendant at the RSW (Fort Myers, Fl) gate C4, FL#2587 5B&C, 3:40PM Departure, on June 30, 2010. My husband and I were sitting in the gate area, waiting to board on our flight home. The attendant, a medium-light haired, stocky woman, (who, I might add, was very much ungroomed, messy hair, clothes not crisp looking) was very rude to myself and husband.
