Sir/Madam, I have bought an LG Cell phone on July 10, 2010. After a couple of days, the Navigation button is found lost. I presented this complaint to the nearest LG Service Centre, Calicut but they told me to pay for the repair. But I think, it's my right to get it replaced. Please do the needful.
