This complaint was originally posted on Dr. Oogle and subsequently removed due to an oversight on my part. I listed a little-used email to register the complaint, went out of state for over a month and did not have internet access. The dentist requested Dr. Oogle to remove the complaint and because I did not respond to a rebuttal email (during my absence) the complaint was removed.
