Like everyone else, I was mislead about their services. I was charged over $5, 000 for them to help me create an on-line store. I have not tried to get a refund because I know it is useless as I signed a contract also. I have been well over 4 months and still do not have my site up and running. I am however paying monthly for the $5, 000 training fee as well as fees for the web builder and fees for ability to accept credit cards. I would love to get my money back and be done with them. Maybe if enough complain someone will do something about them. read full review »
