Wells Fargo took an unauthorized payment from my account and now has stated they dont record every conversation and they might not be able to return my funds. They are supposedly checking to see if they have the conversation recorded. Do not authorize them to ever take funds from your account they took an additional payment from mine and have shown little to no proactivity in correcting the issue. read full review »
