Once again a failure of this company to provide good customer service. Technician failed to arrive for a 8-12 appointment and I was not notified until 12:05 and then could not come out until 3 pm. The dryer was installed in a closet of an RV and I had help sitting here for 4 hours so that the dryer could be moved out of the closet for service and put back in. I really hate Whirlpool. I had poor service from a Whirlpool tech at Tiffin Motorhomes - I wish Tiffin would stop using Whirlpool products. They are trying a new brand but did not... read full review »
