I to am a victim of Platinum Service and my question is: who the !@#$%^& is PLATINUM SERVICE and how the #$%^&* did they get my account information. On two occasions, I've been taken. The 1st time was in May for $99.95 in which I didn't pay it any mind because I to thought it was my wife's doing. The 2nd time was last week for $14. I found it to be strange so I asked my wife about it and she looked at me me 14k stupid.
