I have applied for an internet connection around three and a half weeks ago.So far i didn't get the connection.The customer care executives advised me to change my password and username.The request for the same has not been processed yet.Every time they are telling that they are forwarding a mail to the technical team.I have visited the office 4 days consecutively and made complaints over the telephone many times.Still the issue is not resolved. read full review »
