Hi.I am Subhadip Das from Midnapore(W.B.).I had purchased a Luminous Inverter and Luminous Battery from Well Spark(Name of the shop) on 13.10.08.The model of Inverter is Tez-600 VA and Battery model is IL-16000.The name of the owner of the shop is Mr.Manas Chakraborty.At first the battery was giving back up properly.But from the month of June2010 the Battery is giving back up of 45 minutes when only two fans are running.I am supposed to get minimum of 3-4 hrs battery back-up.I have complained to the shop-owner.But he refused to help me.He ha... read full review »
