I had visited Muthoot Honda dealership today, 1st Jan, with my friend to take delivery of his bike. While we were seated there, a lady, whom I presume is top management/dealer, came and all staff went off for a meeting. They had some meeting where they took New Year resolutions and stuff. Good from a motivation point of view, but we and two other customers were made to wait for a good 35 minutes.
