Ordered a custom-painted door. Finished door was ready soon because another company handled it, so what could be the problem? Since then we've had 3 cancellations -- 1st time they scheduled a salesman to visit when it should have been an installer (!), 2nd time was a same-day cancellation because their installer felt unwell (no apology, of course), 3rd time they showed up unannounced while we were visiting family and then left 3 rude calls wondering where we were!
