Did not recieve CD, did not recieve confirmation with access information to cancell support montly fee of 49.50 (Which I was never told that there would be a montly bill) They withdrew from my bank account thus causing my bank account to be overdrawn I can not do business this way. I request my fee's reinbursed and membership cancelled effective immediatly. If this is not taken care of I will then proceed to contact the Internet Fraud Unit. read full review »
