I was sent a notice of renewal for a magazine I subscribe to. I had just recently sent in a two-year renewal for that magazine. The cost of the new renewal was more than the magazine currently costs. I contacted the company that owns the magazine and they told me that Publishers Billing Exchange is a fraudulant company that is not authorized to sell subscriptions. They tried to steal $71.88 from me. They did the same thing to me 80-year old mother. They should be ashamed! read full review »
