I have been receiving a discount from Verizon Wireless for about 2 years. Then when I get my bill this month, the discount has been taken off. Call Verizon Wireless and Benjamin told me he could not help me. Sorry to say, I don't remember the lady's name that had given me the discount from Verizon Wireless.
