I have ordered a Studio 14 on 6/11/2010 and as per my sales Rep, A* and the Dell Order Status web page, I was supposed to receive the laptop on or before 7/2/2010. I didn't receive it on that day, and the sales Rep had also told me she had expedited the shipment. Even her manager had told me the same.
