I pay my bill in the store most of the time. At times it's necessary for me to pay online. Every time I do it's a real hassle to log on. My information never is right and I have it written down what I used last time. How can I use this information one time and the next time it's wrong? This time I logged on and an image showed up and I did not remember ever seeing it before. After reentering I got the same image. So I tried to continue to see if it would work and I got all these questions. I knew the answers to all but the last one and do not recall ever being asked this question before.
