PLaced a claim for AC and they denied it even though the AC was fixed 8 months prior and running well. According to them the unit was not serviced by manufacturer yet the receipt I have stated the unit worked well and filters were clean. Last year I had the company First American and they came out 3 times to fix and service my AC unit with no questions asked. I regret switching because this place will not pay for anything to get fixed. To top it off, I just called my own AC person and they fixed the unit really quick.
