Dear Sir(s), This is regarding my request for change of plan from 512 kbps to 4 mbps via request number 34895454. Here is the chronology of the case: 10-July- Logged the request# 34895454 for change of plan. I was told that this will be done by 15-July 14-July - I got a call on my cellphone from Airtel, informing me that plan has been migrated and I can check the bandwidth increase by switching off and on the modem.
