We purchased a Ford Explorer on April 15, 2010 from the lot in Green Bay. The window sticker claimed that the air conditioning and power mirrors worked. After getting the vehicle home, the aforementioned in fact DID NOT work. We called the Green Bay office, and they said that we would have to take it to Oconto to the garage there and would be a short appointment. I explained that we live 80+ miles from the Oconto location, yet I had to take a day off of work and ended up sitting at the garage for three hours to be told to bring the vehicle... read full review »
