I took this connection in October 2005. In September 2006, I paid a refundable security deposit of Rs. 1500. In November 2006, I requested the company to refund this security deposit. The company informed that it will take 2 weeks. After 2 weeks when I approached them, they informed that cheque has already been sent to my mail address.
