TV blew up on December 19th, 2006 under manufacturer warranty. Service center picked it up on the 20th. Parts were ordered and was informed on January 3rd, 2007 that TV could not be fixed and the RA process would start. On Jan. 9th LG told service center that parts were now available, but when they tried to order them they were not available and LG started another RA process. I called to follow up several times and finally received RA letter on January 26th, but there was no RA number on it that is required to return old tv and purchase new... read full review »
