I have given complaint regarding my hand set in Bright communications. (Authorised dealer for Nokia) They took about 20 days to solve my problem on top of taking 20 days also they are unable to solve my problems.I have given my cell for servicing for I was not able to receive or make calls from my cell. But where as they serviced my cell at Chennai and it came back to me and now i can just listen to the voice from other end where as they are not able to listen to my voice. please try to help me out in this matter. read full review »
