On February 8, 2007 I purchashed a group of 2 doz. roses for my wife and her return from a trip. the flowers were taken home, cut properly and stored in a vase with water. The following morning I came to the living room and the flowers were wilted. I returned at 10:00 to Sams Club {part of Wal-Mart} to exchange the product. The very insulting person at "customer service" stated they had gone up and she would give me back my money.
