I down loaded the update that they said was now available for my Cricket modem, IT QUIT WORKING! I took it 70 miles to the nearest store they "Flashed" it (under protest) They couldn't get it to work in the middle of their service area. Then blamed it on where I lived. Don't bother complaining to the Missouri Attorney General's Office for consumer affairs, They won't do anything. This is the worst customer service that I have ever encountered!!! If this save one person the aggravation they put me through I'm elated. read full review »
