I ordered a free trial but was unaware that I was signing up to a monthly subscription if I did not cancel the trial within 10 days. The company debited my account for $87 10 calendar days (not working days) after I requested the trial sample. As it had to come from the US to the UK (presumably as the office address is in Florida and the payment was in US$) and presumably did not get shipped until at least the next working day (but I never got a confirmation email that anything was going to be shipped), there was a fair chance that I would not... read full review »
