I wish I had thought to research this company before I used them! Booked a two night stay for my family at the Regal Palms Resort and Spa in Davenport, FL. The rep that booked the unit for me said he had stayed there and it was "beautiful"! He was "lying"!! You'll know right after you pass through the so called security gate that you made a mistake. Our unit (4 br townhouse) had broken bricks leading up to the front door, dirt everywhere in the unit, cookies under the bed and insect dropping in the dishes. No phone or cell... read full review »
