Took my mini van for a complete detail service before selling it- they put a hole in the driver side leather seat and refused to admit responsibility, pay for the damage or refund my money in full. The manager and owner both said the employee who cleaned the seats (and said she didnt do it) has worked there for 10 years- basically saying she wouldnt lie but that makes me a liar then- That hole was not there when I left the car w/them and ironically enough the vacuum hose nozzle they use for cleaning the seats fit perfectly in the hole on the seat- we even showed the owner and the manager.
