Upon arrival we were given the wrong room. We had paid in advance (Godzilla Fest) for a corner room King bed with a sleeper sofa & a view of the airport, since I have two small boys who love airplanes. The room had an airport view but no sleeper sofa. We called the desk and they said they would move us to a corner room with a sleeper sofa. No one came up to help move the luggage to the new room.
