I have been a comcast customer out of necessity for years {no other provider in the area}. They recently changed their service and by doing so I have lost most of the tv channels I thought i was suppose to get under the service I thought I signed up for.I went into the comcast center to pick up a box for digital cable cause I was no longer getting channels. And was told i did not need a box cause i was only signed up for basic service. Why did my tv service suddenly change at the same time the digital service did?
