Through a program through Cartier - I purchased an engagement ring for my fiance. I put 25% down (was willing to write a check for the full amount). The Salesperson told me of a RED program that allowed for no interest or payments for one year for the balance. I assumed the credit card company GE Money Bank did this program to source high net individuals and agreed.
