i applied for a loan on the internet and was contacted by Yes Loans, was told by them i had a loan approved with them but i had to make a payment of 69.50, which was refundable if they could not get me the loan.firstly they could not get me the loan, secondly they took payment out of my bank twice, i have tried contacting them on numerous occasions and have been put on hold for ages without any one attending my call, can anybody help me or advise me on how i can get my money back from them please. read full review »
