In flight entertainment on International flights During a recent flight from Rome to Philadelphia, my wife was unable to get any signal on her video screen to watch the alleged in flight entertainment. After repeated but unsuccessful attempts by the flight attendants to get her video working, we learned that the plane had been refitted to add additional seating capacity but that the computer server had not been upgraded to handle the additional passenger volume.
