I ordered a free sample which came to my door in a plain envelope which never game a return address or said anything about returning the product for a refund. It did not say my credit card was going to be charged 15 days after it was ordered, even if I only had the product for a few days. I was very surprised when a charge for $88 showed up on my credit card. When I called to cancel last Friday Dec. 5th they said I would get a confirmation and it would come off of my credit card.
