This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The claims department is horrble and the agents never return phone calls or answer the phones. I had an accident on July 3rd and I didn't get a response from the company in three weeks. I had to hunt my agent down in order to speak to her. The supervisor received several phone calls from me asking him to please call me and I never heard from him. Over this company is quick to take your money but is a nightmare when it comes to making a claim or customer service. read full review »
