I had booked this ticket on the Internet on 23rd. a. Since I am unable to take this sector I requested for this to be rescheduled to HYD-CHENNAI on 30th April and Chennai-HYD on 1st May. b. The airlines staff Ms. Haripriya states I can only take one sector. c. This is not as per agreed terms which states that I can change sector or route. Their claim is that I can only take a single sector. d. I was agreeable to pay the re-scheduling charges as mentioned in the ticket.
