I took the membership in October 2006 on a monthly EMI of 4609. Frustrated with the service and no holiday allocation, I applied for cancellation on 18 March 2007 amd got an assurance from them that no further EMIs would be deducted. However still even post forfieting the membership they have deducted two EMIs from Credit card of Rs 4609 each.
