A few months back, suddenly I stopped getting my monthly statements for SBI Card No. 4317 5750 1934 5900. Repeadly speaking with customer care help line executives didnot yield any result. When I did not pay the monthly due, I got the call and told the reasons for non payment. I was promptly sent copies of the previous two months statements with the promise I would get my monthly statements regularly henceforth.
