I want to bring to the notice about the poor customer service/after sales service that Whirlpool offers. I bought a refrigerator one and a half years back and after 6 months of purchase it stopped cooling! After calling the customer service for around 7-8 days and then talking to someone at the Corporate Office, some engineers came and refilled the gas.
