I am a resident of Ajmer. 5 years back we purchased a Samsung refrigerator worth rupees 30, 000.Since then it is not working properly .Every summer time it stops working .Last year we spent 4000 rupees on its repairs.And this year again it has stopped functioning. We have contacted the service station a no. of times but the engineers are unable to detect the problem.The engineers are not dedicated to their work.
