Ordered trial offer it didn't work called to cancel looked at my checking account to get the number and noticed that they had already charged me for a new shipment and signed me up for Fit Factory. Spoke with very nice person who agreed to refund my money and gave em email for fit factory. Of course it was all lies I have not recieved a refund and have since been billed by them both again.
