I have experienced the most frustrating customer service with Hit Web Design (formerly known as Heritage Web Solutions). The hold time when contacting them via phone is anywhere from 30-60 minutes. If that's not bad enough, after you hold that long, you are automatically disconnected.The only time they answer their phone right away is if you want to purchase a website.
