Respected Sir, I have purchased a window AC 1.5 ton jus ta year ago, every thing was fine, but now i have a major problem with the AC .The lcd display of the AC has malfuntioned and the AC has stopped . I called the customer care and told them tyo replace the said part, but i was told that they cannot solve the issue as it was against the terms & conditions . the only way out is to pay Rs 1400/- and the part repaired .
